PUNTA LAGUNA

The entrance fee is about 400 pesos per person for a 3 hour tour. This includes “Mayan Ceremony”, canoeing on the lake, jungle hike to see spider & howler monkeys, zip line over the lake and Cenote Cave. It is a great way to spend the day and worth the trip, especially if you are already driving out to Coba. I would not recommend for children under 6. My 5 year old was able to do the zip line and cenote cave (they lower you down into the cave on a rope), but I know of a lot of children her age and older who would be super scared! Follow the road for Coba and when you hit the round-a-bout glorieta take a right. It is 18 kms north. Look for the sigh that says PUNTA LAGUNA. There are some signs for places advertising similar things on the way so make sure you are at the right place!
